I bought 4 packs of Nobo magnets, as this seemed a good price. I now find on opening and using them....that the magnets are weak. They are easily knocked off and do not grip well.

Sarah I have not heard anything from the company I purchased these magnets from?
I would like a refund please...these magnets are not fit for purpose.
I only brought them because I thought they were real Nobo magnets.

Good Afternoon,
Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies that you did not receive your order when expected.
I can confirm that we did have notices on our website during times with bad weather warning of potential delivery delays due to to this. I have, however, passed on your complaint to UPS to be raised as it is not acceptable that you were not informed of where your order had been taken to, nor that your collection point was so close to your work place.
We ordered a package for next day delivery.
It got held up and arrived the day after it was supposed to.
Customer service was helpful but no compensation offered for the fact that we didn't get it...

I have looked into this for you and can see that there was an unfortunate delay with our courier that resulted in the delay you experienced. I can confirm that I have had your delivery charges were refunded to you on 27/03/2018 on query 5407903.
