The things to do book I ordered was just what I wanted and it was good value
but I thought it would have arrrived quicker .

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies that your order did not arrive when you expected.
I can see that you placed your order with our standard Royal Mail delivery option. As per the delivery information that is available on our website, this delivery option has a time frame of 3-5 working days to arrive.
We do have a next working day delivery option available to choose if you need a future order to arrive quicker however.
I just bought some 1st and 2nd class stamps from the Post Office shop. Arrived very promptly and it's much easier than getting to my local post office. I would recommend anyone log in.

Was promised next day delivery if ordered before 6pm. Still hasn't arrived. Very poor. If I had options for 0 stars I would have selected.

Please accept my apologies that you have experienced issues with receiving your order.
Unfortunately, due to an address listing error, your order was unable to be delivered by the courier and was sent back to be returned to us on the 5/4/18.
As we have now received this order back into our warehouse, a credit refund on your order was authorised and processed with the credit reference number 1816853 on the 11/4/18.
Please note that it can take 3 - 5 working days in order for these funds to appear in your bank or building society account.
