Thank you for your feedback.
Please accept my apologies that you were unhappy with the time taken for you to receive your order.
I can see that you placed your order using our Royal Mail Standard Delivery service.
Whilst trackable delivery usually included with our Next Working Day Delivery was available once the order had been placed, your order was only swapped to delivery via courier rather than standard post due to the value of the items ordered.
This meant that it would still fall under the timeframe issued on our Delivery Information page which states that orders placed using our Royal Mail Standard Delivery service can take 3 - 5 working days (excluding weekends) in order to arrive with customers.
As your order arrived on the 11/4/18 after being dispatched on the 4/4/18, it did arrive during this advised time period.
Please accept my further apologies for any confusion this may have caused you.

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies that you did not receive your order when expected due to our courier.
We take the delivery of our customers orders seriously and I will have this raised as a complaint to UPS for you. I apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused for you. With regards to the delivery to an Access Point, unfortunately our courier is only able to deliver to UPS approved Access Points which may be why it was unable to deliver it to the closest Post Office to you.
