Stamps all came in perfect order. I only awarded 4 stars because I expected quicker order turn around from; order, dispatch to delivery. But I did order 2nd class stamps, may be 1st class would come...
I am even yet to receive the item purchased. I was told two working days but six working days past now still arrived.

Please accept my apologies that you have experienced issues with receiving your order.
I can see that you have contacted our customer services department regarding this issue.
As per your request after you spoke to a member of our customer services team, the delivery address of your order was amended to that of your neighbours.
Unfortunately, due to an error by the courier after this had taken place, your order was returned back to us.
Due to us receiving the items from your order back into our warehouse on the 2/05/18, we have authorised and processed a credit refund for you with the credit reference number 1924031.
