My order was returned to sender without any explanation. ?

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies that you did not receive your order.
I have looked into your complaint for you and can see that our courier had a service disruption that resulted in it being returned back to us. Your order was then booked back into our warehouse and a refund was issued to you on 20/04/2018. Please note that this can take up to 3-5 working days to arrive in your bank or building society account.
I apologise for the inconvenience that this has caused you and can confirm that I have requested a complaint to be raised with UPS.
