Please accept my apologies that you experienced issues with the delivery of your order.

I can see that you contacted a member of our customer services department who advised that we did unfortunately experience some stock availability issues with one of the items in your order.

Following your request, a credit note refund was authorised and processed for the affected item on the 1/05/18 with the credit note reference number 1917641.
