I accidentally bought the wrong size lampshade they refuse to accept it or come pick it up so I had to basically book Royal mail to come and pick it up now the item is lost they have beautiful...

I am confused by your review, you requested to return an item that you incorrectly ordered and we sent all of the relevant paperwork on the 25th September and were waiting for the item to be returned which I have just checked and it has not been received. If the courier has lost the parcel the review should be about them not us.
The test of a great company is when they sort out problems and Lights4Living were excellent in dealing with the returna nd replacement. Definitely recommend them
