The representative worked very hard to get my travel credits verified and was very patient and helpful in planning my new trip. Since you cannot do it online with credits.

I booked and paid for my trip and the airline is not recognizing the purchase. Unacceptable and I was given no resolution time on when this will be resolved. Also Customer Service is not answering...

I’ve used Cheapcarribean for probably my last 10 trips, and have never had any issues. Customer services is also great at helping with changes or questions.
