It was confusing trying to figure out how to book a nonstop flight, they could make that more clear because I almost went to Expedia to book because they weren’t showing me those options at first....

Use of credits is a joke!
Wait time of hour + is ridiculous! Hire more staff. Unpredictable use of credits depending on who you talk to. Finished with Cheap Caribbean, definitely no cheap!
