I liked the ease of purchase and use but, I was given a $100 off code for my first trip purchase. I was never given anywhere to enter the code to take advantage of it.

The site is great but has multiple service errors and has to restart our planning numerous times to be able to add extras like transfer and insurance.

Price changing (increasing) during final booking operation seems to be quite common and a bit deceptive. Other than that the website is great and that's why I have used Cheap Caribbean many times...
