The representative was amazing- courteous and professional. However, cheap Caribbean's policies could be more customer friendly.

I always use Cheap Caribbean for all my trips. I have never had a problem and believe me, I’ve been using them for years. The customer service reps are so nice and helpful.

I would suggest more direct flights to choose from.
