Very difficult to reach by phone. Once reach someone, bad connection and hard to understand. They do not respond to emails and make sure to read ALL the fine print !!

False information to make more money from me.
Amstar representatives on staff gave me false information which made me miss my extrusions. I missed all the fun I was supposed to have. They only wanted me to re book and pay the fees with them...
