I ordered a twin room and got a double room. I am not happy.
I ordered twin beds and received a double bed. I don't care about the size of the bed . I want twin beds. I replied to the confirmation but have not had a reply.

It says that you can book now and pay later but when making the booking my account had already taken out the money for my stay so it’s not book now pay later at all
