Took our money for a booking, the hotel called back saying that they have not had rooms available for 3 days, still haven't refunded money or been in touch. I will not go through wotif again.

If a hotel fails to confirm your reservation, our team gets in contact with them immediately to ensure the reservation was received and confirmed. We will pass on your feedback for investigation.
