One thing I would like to see is an option box to request airport transfers. It would save time from having to make contact with the hotel direct. Otherwise, I'm impressed at the speed of the online...

I like using wotif but the new look is a bit harder to use in terms of quickly seeing which places are available & the prices

Good to be able see rates. Didn't like once book I found out I saved 25% and the room was actually cheaper. Should be shown whilst browsing.
