Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, as you may be aware there are global supply issues right now that are beyond our control that affected the one item in your order we could not supply. We emailed you when you placed the order that there was a delay and again two weeks later to explain the further delay. We also offered to suggest an alternative. We are as disappointed as you by global shortages caused by the pandemic, however I'm not clear why this equates to bad service.

Thank you for your feedback, I'm slightly concerned that the service you've received only merited 3 stars because, as you said you've received prompt replacements. We've sold these lights for a number of years now and whilst there are issues from time to time these are generally to do with the nature of the sun! Where there is a genuine fault we would naturally replace and whilst the warranty may only be 1 year, if looked after they should give much longer pleasure than that. We've two sets of returned as 'faulty' lights in our garden that have been coming on for three years now!
