I have given you three stars only because the gardening knee pads I ordered were wrongly delivered (or not delivered) by the courier company DPD. I understand your staff are dealing with this...

Thank you for taking the time to write this. Please accept my apologies for asking you to review this order as we knew of the delivery problem before it was sent. I will review how this happened. Can I also apologise again for the problems encountered with the final, crucial stage of your order. It may be that we never get to find out what happened, but the good news is that they have been safely returned to us and you should receive confirmation today that a fresh pair has been despatched. We agreed to wait until after xmas to send these and I trust that they will be safely received this time. As discussed with my colleague your original order had been refunded in full and we will not be charging fro delivery this time as a gesture of goodwill.

I greatly appreciate your reply to my previous feedback comments. Yes, let us hope the order arrives safely within the next two days. As I said to your colleague earlier today the blame for the delivery problem lies not with your company but with DPD. As I am sure you will notice I have upgraded my 'star' assessment for your company from three to five. Thank you for dealing with my delivery problem so diligently. It has been appreciated.

As I stated in my previous email I appreciate the efforts you have made to resolve the delivery problem associated with this order.
