Thank you very much for your feedback, which I must say has left us a little puzzled. Can you explain what is dreadful about the service you received please? Your order was despatched on the day it was placed and according to Royal Mail was delivered the next day. I'm not sure what more was expected, but perhaps you have confused it with something else? Obviously if there is another aspect that you wish to investigate then please let me know and we'll look into it straight away. A colleague of mine may also call to check as obviously other people rely on reviews such as this and we treat such feedback very seriously.
