Unfortunately there are occasions when orders do go missing in the post and we are always more than happy to issue a replacement order or a refund if preferred once the customer contacts us. I am very sorry to hear you have not received your parcel. I've checked the order and can confirm that it was despatched on 11th July via standard international air mail.
