Thank you for your feedback. We generally don't ship our footwear in an external box as we feel a bag is sufficient. I do however, agree that further packaging is required when the order is being shipped further. Our despatch team do usually wrap the box in bubble wrap however this must have been missed with your order and I apologise for this. I shall pass on your feedback and this will improve our service.
