I am very sorry to hear that the couriers driver was rude. We do have our own drivers for local deliveries, but like many businesses, we must rely on couriers for customers outside our delivery reach. Unfortunately we have little influence on their levels of customer service. I'm very sorry that the service was not as expected, and we will be passing your comments on. Regarding the issues with your flooring, you are fully covered against any manufacturing defects. We can refund or replace any defective goods. Their service is good when it comes to ordering and delivery, but be prepared to pay hundreds if say you need to return your own flooring as its all left to you to pay your choice of couriers...
