I am sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with our service and that delivery was later than scheduled. Regarding delivery pricing, we do display this prominantly on our website in multiple areas. Our price calculator also has delivery pricing built in, to further help avoid any suprises for our customers. We can also replace all damaged goods provided damages are reported within 24hrs of receipt.

Don’t buy from here. They don’t price match on the products that are out of stock elsewhere. Why would I buy from them if I can buy the same product elsewhere

I am sorry that we cannot price match a product which is not actually in stock or available to purchase via another vendors website. Many websites are often out of date displaying old prices and of course the stock is not available. Because of this we can only price match vendors who actually have the goods available to sell. I hope that you can understand and appreciate this.
