I am sorry that there has been some confusion with your delivery. According to the couriers, the vehicle GPS data showed that they were at your address, which is why we had stated he had arrived. In fact the driver was very close, but unable to navigate the narrow street, stating that it was too tight. He was looking for an alternate route, which caused the short delay. We do appreciate that you did not consider the road to be restrictive for your delivery, but we unfortunately must trust in the drivers training and experience to assess this. I do understand that the floor was delivered shortly after our conversation, and we hope that you are pleased with the product.
