We have no control over when Feefo sends the email and if a customer has selected a delivery date in the future sometimes this results in the customer being asked for feedback before the delivery has arrived. We are sorry to hear that the delivery company did not meet our usual high standards. Unfortunately like most businesses, we must rely on couriers, and occasionally they do not perform as expected.
