In relation to the polymer glue, we use two different suppliers depending on the location of our stores. Your order was dispatched from the store that uses the alternative supplier, although they are identical products, we should have contacted you in advance and made you aware, so I apologise! Your floor looks great down and I hope you would shop with us again!
