Ordered somthing nearly 3 weeks ago and still hasn’t arrived. The woman behind the phone seemed helpful and tried to chase it up but I am still waiting for my item or any update

Communicate better

Communication need to be better. Received the goods after the agreed date. Had to rescheduled delivery. However I believed it was the courier fault but I should have been informed before myself...

disappointed but used the material

The description of the engineered flooring was not what I was expecting it stated real wood when it was MDF which with a very thin oak veneer the expectation of engineered wood flooring is softwood...

I liked their service. I liked their prices but the colour of the flooring just didn't suit our home. Id happily recommend them to friends... the colours just wasn't what we envisioned.
