This measure (among many others) has been taken to help protect our staff and customers as much as possible during lockdown measures. All collections will be left outside when you are ready. NB This may include heavy items. Ensure you have someone able to lift these into your vehicle. Under "Click & Collect" we also state - Because we are protecting our team by social distancing we are currently unable to load up your vehicle. Ensure that whoever is collecting is able to lift packs of flooring weighing up to 20kgs.
