I'm very sorry to find out that your samples did not arrive. We are aware of some disruptions to Royal Mail in the UK & Ireland, due to Covid. We have posted an update about this on our website COVID information under "Samples", with a link to the Royal Mail updates. We dispatch hundreds of samples days and while 98% seem to be received without disruption we have noticed an increase lately, in severe delays to some areas. Thank you for taking my call today. I have immediately instructed our accounts department to issue a refund on your samples. Please also accept my apologies for any inconvenience.

ONE ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK THEY CONTACTED ME AND THEN NOTIFIED ME WHEN THE PRODUCT WAS IN STOCK AND DISPATCHED. ALL OTHER ITEMS WERE DELIVERED ON THE DATE INDICATED.
