Delivery service was rubbish and 5 out of 11 packs were damaged, have contacted them but so slow in replying.

I'm sorry that the courier damaged your goods. We have of course offered replacements for you. We did reply to all emails within just a few hours. Some times it can take a little longer if we are waiting for a response from the courier.

Delivery time was fine. Glue bucket was cracked on delivery and a few kilos had spilled into packaging, so not great.

If i could rate Wood Floor Warehouse worse than one star I would. Apparently the courier keeps reporting my order damaged - third time lucky eh. Perhaps WFW should consider using a different...
