Did not deal well with my comments about the design quality of the product. I was trying to be helpful, but was basically told that as far as the company was concerned there was not a problem.

We are continuously trying to improve our product and service. I can assure you that your reccomendations have been taken into account and we have done our best to implement them in our product and service. Since your order we have also started sanding down the seat rails we provide. So thanks to yourself hopefully no more splinters!
