Superb customer service, but let down by the shipper who did not deliver on the appointed day. Woodblock refunded the shipping charge as a good-will gesture. Can't ask for more.

Great product, but a bit expensive which would make me think twice about buying again, maybe you need an "economy" range in the basic shapes like 2m x 1m, 2m x 2m.
