Service was excellent. However, the delivery was late. This was down to the delivery Company. They sent a delivery time, but failed to keep it.

Printed instructions are available when ordering for an additional fee. This is to cover the costs of the printed colour instructions and the protective plastic folder they come in.
Instructions are also supplied via email when your order is placed.

Emails regarding order status and despatch time were promt, info on delivery was also spot on. Courier phoned me to book a convinient delivery time and stuck to it.
Service was exceptional. We chose the free design service as we needed the planter to fit into a pre determined space. When we had an issue with delivery this was resolved quickly.
