This is a bit disappointing. You chose a delivery date when you placed the order and we delivered on that date... I am really not sure how much more we could have done here. Sad to see that the materials were poor but this is not a reflection on our service more the product.

I have been over to speak to our quality control managers and have now put in place checks and guidelines to make sure that there are no burr in the top and the bottom of the BlocX so this cannot happen again.
If you had gotten in touch about the splits, which can happen during the natural drying process of the timber, we are normally very happy to replace any materials that we deem to be sub standard. We always do this free of charge with no cost to our customers.
The most important thing is to keep in touch with us during all stages of the design and build process and then we can, as best we are able, effectively make sure that WoodBlocX meets the exact expectations you have.

We are sorry you had difficulty with some of the dowels. A good tip is if you are struggling to drive the dowels into the holes use a bit of soapy water to provide a bit of lubrication and to reduce the friction. It usually works a treat. If you do have any problems we are always on hand to help.

We're glad you have enjoyed using our product so much. WoodBlocX at first can seem expensive compared to other products but all our components are of the highest quality and will last for 15 years if not more. The ease of installation is also a huge benefit as you don't need to hire anyone to build a very professional looking product.
