Sorry about this issue. We normally suggest using some soapy liquid if you are having trouble with the dowels. This helps reduce the friction as they are hammered into place and should stop any problems occurring.
Great product well made with clear instructions, and they are honest enough to say they mistakes and when they do, they put it right quickly without question.

We will always try to rectify any mistakes straight away to minimise the inconvenience caused.
Once an order is finalised (i.e. after designs are drawn up if you require a bespoke structure), delivery takes just 4 working days. If you are in a hurry for your BlocX please call us and, if we can, we will try and speed up delivery for you.
A well designed product with good customer support. Construction involved more hard work than suggested in the literature but worth it in the end!
