We are very sorry your design was not quite right. We always try our very best to make sure the design is exactly what you are looking for so I am very sorry on this occasion the wall length was not correct.
Poor quality rough sawn timber used. Rough edges not sanded down. Poor instructions for assembly. Confusing that colour instructions did not match and included instructions for other shaped raised...

We are deeply sorry for the problems you have encountered using Woodblocx.
The rough quality timber is made that way to keep it looking as authentic as possible to enhance the final design. Depending on the design, or by request we sand down sections of the Woodblocx. This is very common with benches and seating designs.
We are sorry you had trouble with the instructions you received. The basic instructions included are there to simplify the building process of how to connect the blocks and insert the dowels. We use these instructions on all of our designs regardless of the shape or complexity of the build. The colour key along with the layer by layer instructions should match all designs that we process as they are all generated from the same CAD design.

We have bought, at different times, two vegetable beds and have received excellent service. On the first occasion I made a mistake and you kindly, free of charge, sent me several replacement parts....
It has been very easy to order exactly what I wanted, delivery was prompt and the wooden boxes look just right and as I imagined them to be. Very easy to erect and looking good!
