Had a bespoke design. The response to my initial request and then a subsequent change was really quick. There was a delay beyond their control to the delivery but had a phone call to explain this...

Very impressed by the product and the notes for construction - probably hardest part is getting the 90 degree corners set on the base layer. But after that no difficulties.
