The delivery driver was excellent, and helpful.
The construction is very amazingly simple, even for non DIY people.

Thank you for your feedback. Glad to hear you were happy with the delivery service! When we treat our wood prior to delivery it can sometimes be a bit wet, this will naturally dry out in a few days though and can still be built with as normal. Due to the modular nature of our designs, every piece of capping has to be cut individually to suit so will require different lengths. We hope that the finished article looks as you had envisaged it. It would be great to see some pictures of the finished pond!
