Very polite staff. It always took a week for them to respond to changes which related to errors on their part for a bespoke order.Angled cuts not correct.

I am so pleased with my new raised beds, they really look 'the part' in our back garden. I had no room to dig a vegetable plot without it looking untidy. The WoodBlocX has fulfilled the problem....

We're very sorry you were missing a capping section. This was a counting error in our warehouse. I'm glad we could resolve the problem quickly but I agree it shouldn't have happened in the first place.
Efficient, professional and helpful service. They turned my sketched ideas into a practical design. Everything was delivered on time with stage by stage building plans. Delighted with the results.
