Good customer service, did the order over the phone with no problem, delivered on time. Easy instructions, all the part were there. Very sturdy.I would recommend & buy again.

The first order in February was excellent on all fronts. The quality of the product on the order delivered on 15/03/18 was again excellent and was only marred by the delivery agent not fulfilling...

Thank you for the excellent review! I must apologise again for the issues with our delivery partners, we have passed on your comments and these are being looked in to as a matter of urgency. I am pleased to hear the assembly was quick and simple and your finished beds are just what you were looking for!

Hi Caroline, I will pass your comments on to our design team and customer service team, as a company we always strive to meet our customers every need and I must apologise that in this case our service was not up to our normal high standard. I am glad to hear the problems were resolved and you are happy with the end result, however, I am sorry for any delay you experienced during the build. We hope to hear from you again so that we get a chance to show our usual high standards of service and product.

The garden was simple to build, it actually took me 2 hours start to finish.
The instructions were simple to understand, yet comprehensive.

A great build system to produce an attractive long lasting raised bed. I was happy to buy these two raised beds after using Woodblox design service two years ago for previous project.
