I must apologise for the delivery issue, the company did contact yourself to advise of the issues and rescheduled with yourself for an AM the next day, unfortunately on rare occasions issues like like do arise, however, we do apologise again for any inconvenience this caused.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately there were no delivery notes received with your order to request an AM which is why the delivery company were unaware of this, delivery is between the hours of 9-5. Please do contact us if you do look to purchase again so we can arrange an AM slot for you.
