I can’t get a straight answer from anyone about why the package was not sent and why they aren’t sending either another or issuing a refund. Poor customer service.

I'm sorry for your trouble and sorry that our parcel carrier lost your package. From your communication, we came under the impression that you wanted us to cancel your order. So we refunded your account and canceled your order. Now, we do understand that you do want the order to be sent out and we're happy to do so.
