We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your recent sales experience. However we were pleased to agree a sale three weeks from your property coming onto the market, with an employee having conducted the successful viewing and our records indicate at least twice weekly contact with you. Frustratingly, the pace at which solicitors, lenders and the management company work at are out of our control and average transaction times due to Covid (and Christmas in between) have risen significantly. Your sale does fall within these timeframes which I appreciate may be of little consolation. Your comments will of course be discussed further as we always strive to improve our services. We wish you all the best for the future.
