Willow is wonderful! Best cashmere and great value. Please don't change the recipe. (I realise I put Wrap which is another co.)The navy wrap is perfect and it is one of many wraps I have bought from Willow.
Unfortunately I was sent the wrong product by mistake, Willow Cashmere did refund the item and shipping charge one way but this of course left me out of pocket for the postage back to them.

As soon as we received your email on this matter your card was refunded in full, including postage. Now that the item has been returned I will contact you to refund the return postage (we do not hold your card details for security purposes) I have not heard back from our Returns to confirm the issue, but I assume you were sent the wrong product, I am so sorry about this. we did email you to offer you a discount on your next order to make up for the error, which we hope you will consider in the future.
