I think that was the Megan Rag Doll? It is supposed ot be a laid back, hippy-ish kind of present so that slightly rumpled look is intended, I believe. But it doesn't look that smart.....It is also completely impossible to wrap smartly. Perhpas it therefore rended up more rumpled than intended. We are very sorry your parcel got wet and very happy that your order was fine. If it ever happens that it isn't, we would of course replace it. In case you were out you specified "Garage" which gets printed on your delivery label. We use Royal Mail for all our standard deliveries. Your postman has therefore failed you, and us, in this case. Normally the Royal Mail local postmen are really excellent and perform far better on average than any delivery or courier company we have ever come across.
