I understand that you had a Twinkling Firefly Frog that you thought had been opened and resealed. You communicated with us and I believe you were answered by our Operations Director. He had all our stock of that product checked and they had all been resealed by our supplier. We had not been notified of this, but all the products were new and properly attached in their boxes so we assumed this was a minor packaging problem. We are always happy to refund any product that anyone is unhappy with and I believe we offered to do so at the time. I am happy to repeat that offer today. Is this correct ? In the event that I am mistaken and you did not contact us, I am very sorry and would be delighted to refund you if that is what you want. Our phone number is on every page of our website and our email is available in Contact Us as cs@wickeduncle.com. We have an out of hours message service and aim to respond next day on all issues. Sir, I do not believe you about the resealing of the product by your supplier unless of course your supplier is selling you returned goods from elsewhere at a fraction of the original costs, as for contacting me this never happened as I would have replied to you and accepted the refund offer. Be as it may the toy became defective after a month of use and was thrown out proving to me that a resealed package was more than likely a return to your company or your supplier and later palmed off to me. I am more than sure you have happy customers who will believe you, I sir am not one of them and have no confidence in your company to supply quality products.
