You ordered at 7.14pm on Friday 17th to be shipped by Royal Mail. We shipped on Monday at 4pm and sent you an Order Despatch email with a tracking number. The parcel was taken by Royal Mail to Kings Lynn Delivery Office and they report that they delivered it at 12.55 on Wednesday 22nd October. You did specify for it to be left "over the gate to the back yard" if not in. The Royal Mail and their local postmen are usually very good and the parcel may well have been left as specified. We sometimes also find that someone in the household can have taken it in and put it away safely. If you are absolutely certain it has not been received and is not in your back yard or with your neighbours, please contact us and we will resend and raise a non-delivered complaint with Royal Mail.
