Excellent service. I had not realised that a " thank you " card was included for the recipient to send back. When I received it ,it was already pre-printed and this felt rather tasteless.

I am so sorry you didn't like the Thank You card. It is an idea we pinched from the Molesworth books. Our thinking, and experience, is that getting a small person to write a Thank you letter is tough - so we decided to shortcut the process. It is very much a tongue in cheek idea. Not as smart as a properly written letter, but the parents can always choose to do that instead. Best Wishes, Michael O'Shea Director
