All went smoothly, but hate the "Booking fee on top" should be included.

No big deal really. We own Timeshares in the Langdale Estste across the road but this is to be occupied by our adult Children and Grandchildren this year. We wanted to be able to stay somewhere...

Thank you for your feedback. We state very clearly on our website and over the phone that the £28.00 is on top of the weekly rental charge. You will find all cottage booking agents do this, and ours is amongst cheapest, compared to some of the online travel agents like Airbnb that charge a hefty booking fee. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
