Quick and simple booking experience

The booking was handled really well from start to finish and all the staff were very helpful. Lovely cottage, great for walking from the door.

Had a problem with the boiler in my accommodation which could not be repaired quickly. So they offered me a far superior cottage at no extra cost. BRILLIANT!!
