Thank you for your feedback on your recent visit. Our staff member recalls you coming to collect keys as it took me a while to re-instate your booking, following your cancellation. Other guests may have been coming to collect their keys at this time, and she was on her own in the office, trying to help multiple people on a busy check-in. We came out straight away when the issue with the water was reported, and again the following day, the answerphone message was answered straight after the meeting (which was only 30 minutes) and the issue was resolved that afternoon. As you can appreciate we can't foresee these problems and we feel we did our best to rectify these as quickly as possible for you.
